Pure Barre

I love Pure Barre Murfreesboro! I discovered this fun fitness studio 3 years ago. Through low impact exercises using body weight and hand weights, high energy music, friendly instructors, and a barre for balance, Pure Barre has toned my body from head to toe! It helped me lose 4 dress sizes and built up my willpower to maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Pure Barre Murfreesboro is wonderful! I started going at the end of December of 2015 and have been addicted ever since. The instructors are amazing. They are kind, helpful, and fun. The classes are upbeat and the 55 minutes fly by! I am so grateful I found Pure Barre and have found a workout that I love and look forward to doing every day! I can't imagine ever doing another workout!!! I love the clientele as well, very diverse group of women of all sizes. Oh goodness, and the retail portion of the shop...great quality clothes that are so cute and oh-so-enticing every time you step foot into the studio.

Pure Barre is the best choice I've made fitness wise! The instructors are very encouraging and makes each class a challenge! I love how each class is different and I can feel myself becoming stronger and stronger every time I walk in the studio. I love Pure Barre!
