Property Max

I had an amazing experience. I truly feel Mason had my best interests in mind. I feel the deal was more than fair considering the house needs obvious work and the amount of loan they were going to absorb. I would strongly advise anyone to work with Mason! I believe he is genuine in looking out for his clients best interests.

After the loss of my father, selling this property was a difficult decision to make for my family. Joey was very responsive without making me feel pressure and went above I expected with integrity. He was very generous and was open to working with my demands to make the deal beneficial for my family. :) I would recommend Joey, and his company Property Max, to anyone who wants to sell their property in any condition, and will receive a fair and honest price, without the hassle of selling on the market.

The Property Max team is wonderful to work with. Dane, Ian and Ally make every effort to support each party in the transaction in getting smoothly to closing. From sellers, to the Title company (where I come in), etc. They communicate very effectively and efficiently with our team at Mutual Title, but they also have another gift. They genuinely care about the well being of all parties in the transaction and helping them achieve their goals. I have worked with and helped close over twenty of their transactions this last year and they are definitely a five star+++, in integrity, compassion, knowledge and more. Highly recommend.
