Proof Fitness

After visiting several gyms in the surrounding Nicholasville location, I ended up checking out Proof Fitness and immediately felt right at home. The equipment is great, the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff is the best I’ve seen in the surrounding gyms. Also it’s a huge bonus they have childcare with awesome staff that works with the kids. I never went to the downtown location but I Highly recommend Proof Fitness-Tate’s Creek.

I started going to Proof in 2017 after my last gym shut down and I can honestly say it was a blessing in disguise. The equipment, the cleanliness, the staff, and other members make it the perfect environment for my fitness journey. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well being. The staff are here to help guide you if you need it while also staying out of the way if you’re fine on your own. A family like vibe is brought to the table at Proof which I can say I haven’t experienced at previous gyms. Thanks Proof💪🏼

Great gym. Smaller setting makes for a quicker workout + it comes with the addition of a powerlifting and boxing area. Staff is all around nice, whether it be the front desk or the custodians. Great place to workout if you prefer a smelling setting + privacy to your workouts
