The installation team let me know when they were on their way and arrived a little before the stated arrival time! They were very pleasant and professional in all aspects of their work. My project was rather involved and all the members of PROline I dealt with were wonderful to work with and went out of their way to help me. I have used this company in the past and their great service has stayed very consistent and pleasant to work with.

From the initial estimate to the completed job, working with Proline Plumbing & Sewer has been stellar in service and professionalism! We were informed at every step of the process, via both email and phone, and treated with respect and kindness throughout the experience. Carrie was excellent in helping us to get the work initially estimated with their project manager (by viewing photos of the issues), and Ashley helped to get it scheduled quickly and ease-fully once we were ready for it. Our technician, Adam, was prompt, kind, and super professional. I appreciated that he had us walk him through the repairs ourselves so that we could confirm the full scope of work together and make sure we were all on the same page. I was nervous about things being worse than we might've estimated and Adam really helped me out by sharing the details on the repair as he was completing it. He was friendly to chat with and made me feel like I wasn't being a bother by asking questions. He was also great at estimating the time to finish the work. When he was all done with the repair, he cleaned up his work area really well and let me know about drying time for the work (not to use it for 24hrs). He then took care of our payment so that we had our final invoice paid and complete by the time he was out the door. The original estimated cost and labor was 100% spot on, too. It really put our minds at ease to get this repair done in a such a timely and professional manner. We couldn't possibly be happier with the service and everyone we got to meet and work with along the way. Thank you all so much for the excellent work!

I would happily call Tyrone Miles of ProLine Plumbing again for any plumbing work. He showed up on time and listened as I went over the things I needed help with (install a new garbage disposal in my sink and repair the toilet). He then explained exactly what he would do and showed me an estimate of what it would cost. Then he installed my new garbage disposal and gave me tips on keeping it clean and in good working order. Then he replaced the broken fill valve in my toilet and it is now working perfectly. Payment went without a hitch and I had an invoice emailed to me instantly. The price was fair and reasonable for the amount of work done.
