Fabulous Team Building Session!

The knowledge and expertise Fay shared with us in our 1/2 day team building session was insightful and extremely valuable. She led us through several exercises to help us to begin to identify our Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and the Core Values that support them. As we worked together as a team, we discovered new things and gained an deeper appreciation for each team member. Fay is an excellent trainer and facilitator. We will definitely have her back again and we highly recommend her!

    A very information session!

    Fay did a few hour team building session with our company. Honestly, I was afraid it was trudge on. But we sat down and got into it, and it was delightful! The few hours she was with us flew by, but we all walked away with a further understanding of a *lot* of new subjects! We've used Fay in the past, a couple years ago, and it was very enlightening to have her guide us through all the changes we've undergone! We have a new mission statement, vision, and core values! Thanks Fay!

    Wonderful Coach

    Since the startup of my business, Fay has been an important part of my success . She helped me learn how to interview employees, through assessments, she taught me how to pick the right one to support my strengths and how to coach them when all I wanted to do was avoid a conflict. Ok, I'm a late bloomer but she helped me to better understand myself too. Fay is extremely insightful and is not afraid to share her knowledge. I always learn something from her.

    Truly a remarkable woman!

    Fay truly BELIEVES and CARES about helping people. She has helped us me more ways then one. I could never thank her enough for what she has done for me. She a truly remarkable woman who can easily change lives. The best thing about Fay is that you can meet her once and she will always consider you a friend afterwards.<br /> <br /> Thanks so much for all you have done for me Fay! I greatly appreciate you!

    Family Counseling

    My wife, children and I came to Fay DeMeyer in need of direction for issues within our family regarding two of our children. Her response, counsel, direction and followup were not only amazing and accurate, but instant. We are still paying off counseling bills from other professionals who met with our kids over months...and in just one 90 minute session with Fay and we had not only a plan, but a clear understanding of our emotions, our choices and options, and everyone in the room knew what the expectations to healing and resolution were. I know not every situation or conflict can be cleared up quickly, but in our case, her system of helping us identify and manage our problem, agree corporately on a solution, and empower everyone to be a part of that solution was inspiring!<br /> <br /> My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Fay DeMeyer's services.
