Excellence in personal counseling

I have counseled with Fay on and off for the last two years for topics ranging from depression to marriage counseling. She provides the comfort of a best friend, the knowledge of a professor, the life experience of someone who's "fought in the trenches" with you, the spiritual perspective of a pastor, the tough love of a personal trainer, and the efficiency of a precision engineer. Her counsel has proven far more effective than that of $150/hr "shrinks" that provided little to no tangible solutions for my situation. What she tells you may be difficult to hear and do, but she is always spot-on. The only times I have gotten an unfavorable result is when I haven't converted her advice into action. I hold Fay in the highest esteem, and shamelessly market her to anyone I know in need of quality counseling.

    A very information session!

    Fay did a few hour team building session with our company. Honestly, I was afraid it was trudge on. But we sat down and got into it, and it was delightful! The few hours she was with us flew by, but we all walked away with a further understanding of a *lot* of new subjects! We've used Fay in the past, a couple years ago, and it was very enlightening to have her guide us through all the changes we've undergone! We have a new mission statement, vision, and core values! Thanks Fay!

    Fabulous Team Building Session!

    The knowledge and expertise Fay shared with us in our 1/2 day team building session was insightful and extremely valuable. She led us through several exercises to help us to begin to identify our Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and the Core Values that support them. As we worked together as a team, we discovered new things and gained an deeper appreciation for each team member. Fay is an excellent trainer and facilitator. We will definitely have her back again and we highly recommend her!

    I appreciate Fay for her hard work, dedication, and support she has given me. She believed in me and I am so thankful for her. I have had to make some hard decisions. I appreciate Fay for caring. I still have so much to learn. I am thankful for Fay in supporting me with my personal growth.

    Wonderful Coach

    Since the startup of my business, Fay has been an important part of my success . She helped me learn how to interview employees, through assessments, she taught me how to pick the right one to support my strengths and how to coach them when all I wanted to do was avoid a conflict. Ok, I'm a late bloomer but she helped me to better understand myself too. Fay is extremely insightful and is not afraid to share her knowledge. I always learn something from her.

    Truly a remarkable woman!

    Fay truly BELIEVES and CARES about helping people. She has helped us me more ways then one. I could never thank her enough for what she has done for me. She a truly remarkable woman who can easily change lives. The best thing about Fay is that you can meet her once and she will always consider you a friend afterwards.
