Staff was amazing, patient, kind and understanding. Megan was great with the encouragement and support with understanding and sensitivity of life circumstances. I felt encouraged no matter how diligent I was on self care outside of the PT Clinic & for pelvic floor exam to assess treatment needs, she was really open to my comfort level. I felt supported and able to do the exercises necessary for my wellness! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of PT, especially for pelvic wellness. They were also great at making sure we all knew exactly what I was eligible for that insurance would cover so there’s no surprises about cost or coverage. What a peace of mind! So worth waiting on getting paperwork in before scheduling the first appointment.

I showed up for my appt today, drove up from Albany, and there was a mistake with the PT that I was scheduled for, and my insurance wouldn’t cover the one that I was scheduled with (Kalia). They were incredibly nice, gave me a gift card as an apology and Kalia still met with me and gave me as much information as possible to help me until I found another PT. Every single person I spoke with from the front door to the appt room was so nice. I was very thankful that they were so kind.

My experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. Kaila is an expert at her craft and I have felt significant improvement. I am so thankful I was referred to the office.
