He did an excellent job on the maintenance work on my house. He also did a wonderful job on putting up my Christmas lights. It was gorgeous! On Christmas, my house was the best looking house in the neighborhood. I appreciate how nice, professional, and honest they are.❤️
We discovered Pro High Rise Service through our neighborhood Facebook page. Several home owners posted pictures of their driveways which looked brand new. In preparation to paint our home we called Daniel who arrived in a very timely fashion. That is our first pet peeve in hiring services and contractors. He spent as much time as we needed and explained each action item in detail while giving us pointers for other areas in need of repairs & services. Attention to detail and concern for the customers needs is our second pet peeve. On wash day the crew again arrived on time as promised and spent an entire day washing our resale home which we are sure had never been given a bath. Over the years some portions of the siding looked like Shrek and the driveway & steps had turned grayish brown. We knew our gutters needed cleaning and were ecstatic to learn that they also provide this service. When the day was complete the house looked like it had been painted while the steps and driveway shined. It was so clean we wanted to walk barefooted on the driveway. Because we will be having the house painted soon, they will return to wash the windows inside & outside in order to remove paint spills. While they were on our roof to clean the gutters, they discovered that the roofer left areas un-caulked & their was a hole in one of the roof tiles which allowed water to enter the facia board. They replaced the tile and caulked all areas in need. One portion of the gutters needed to be reattached. No problem, they saw the need and addressed the need. He provided recommendations that gutters should be cleaned twice a year or at minimum annually. As for the owner, what a true gentle-man, honest dependable and reasonable in price offers. We cannot brag enough about all services rendered. We will be calling upon Pro High Rise in the future!
