Private Collection Auto Care | Ceramic Pro Glendale

PC Auto Care in Glendale I will give them 10 stars. Michael is very easy to talk to and professional. He helped me out and answered all of my questions. He explained everything about ceramic coating and PPF. Michael communicated every step of the process and kept me updated with the status of my car, that gave me peace of mind leaving them my brand new car. Their pricing is very competitive and the work they have done was emaculate! Worth every penny. Thank You Michael and crew.

I refer to the age old adage, a picture tells a thousand words! This is an eleven year old Mercedes ML class. However, it now looks nicer than a new showroom edition! Had the pleasure in choosing Private Collection Auto Care located conveniently in Glendale. This is my first experience with the ceramic coating process. I learned from Jarod about all of the benefits and the process (decontamination, clay wax, paint correction and after care a few days before I dropped it off on a Thursday morning. The Team at Private Collection Auto Care are super perfectionists and that has become a rare quality in todays world of hustle and fast buck folks out there. Also, they care about the customer and the car. When I picked it up the following afternoon, I am totally impressed with the workmanship and care taken by them at not only the obvious, put every detail in the process as well. Bottom line, top quality, terrific value and a pleasant experience from the front door to the roll up door when I drove it out to the street. Private Collection Auto Care made not only my ML look 10/10, they also earned my trust to the point of bringing my C class in next for their ceramic coating!

Excellent experience with Private Collection Auto Care | Ceramic Pro Glendale. They treated my vehicle (which needed a lot of work) w//a level of care and attention to detail, that I was very impressed by. The result exceeded my expectations and brought new life to my car. I can tell they genuinely take pride in what they do. Communication was wonderful. They explained the entire process clearly, answered all my 'many' questions, and the turnaround was smooth. The shop itself is very cool and spacious, with some incredible vehicles in view, that reflect the expert level of their work. Definitely felt like they cared about my car + want high-end results done properly, without cutting any corners. Absolutely recommend them!!
