He explained everything about ceramic coating and PPF. Michael communicated every step of the process and kept me updated with the status of my car, that gave me peace of mind leaving them my brand new car. I refer to the age old adage, a picture tells a thousand words! This is an eleven year old Mercedes ML class. However, it now looks nicer than a new showroom edition! I learned from Jarod about all of the benefits and the process (decontamination, clay wax, paint correction and after care a few days before I dropped it off on a Thursday morning. The Team at Private Collection Auto Care are super perfectionists and that has become a rare quality in todays world of hustle and fast buck folks out there. Also, they care about the customer and the car. When I picked it up the following afternoon, I am totally impressed with the workmanship and care taken by them at not only the obvious, put every detail in the process as well. Bottom line, top quality, terrific value and a pleasant experience from the front door to the roll up door when I drove it out to the street.
