We emailed about a printer problem and they responded right away. Mickey came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no charge! Great service, friendly and reliable! We will definitely be using Printer Resources & Recycling in the future!

I find that buying my toner from them is about the same price as I can get it online. I would way rather spend my money locally. Also, the printer in my home office was not operating well. I was afraid to spend money on it when it might not be fixable. I really didn't want to just throw it away either. After staying in limbo for too long, I decided to call for help. Within a few days, a very pleasant man from Printer Resources & Recycling LLC came to my home. He was right on time. He spent several minutes examining my system. He advised me that my printer was fine but my network had an issue. I thanked him and asked him if he would send me an invoice. He said no. He said if they can't fix it, there's no charge! What a delightful result! Now I know what help I need and I didn't waste any money on it!
