The teachers really love working with children which is so apparent by the way they interact with them. They teach lessons even to the smallest babies, which was a huge plus for me. I am always excited to see the pictures they send of my little one learning! The communication is excellent. The administration continuously sends out messages about what is going on and it has been very easy to get in contact with them. For fellow preemie parents do not pass up Primrose. We chose this facility because they had experience and plans in place to care for our preemie that was physically “behind” babies his own age. They have been absolutely wonderful spending a little extra time on helping him reach those milestones. I highly recommend Primrose Norman if you are looking for a place that you know will give your baby love!
