Krista took care of us. She was very sweet and caring, yet professional. I don't know of anything she could have done better. She made the situation very bearable. The facility was beautiful. Class act!

I went to Primrose because a friend suggested them and how they really liked them, so i went to them after my mother passed away. I did not have a clue what to do and i had talked to the funeral director on the phone, i met with Monica to discuss arrangements and the policy that my mother already had. Monica helped me with everything that needed to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would like to thank Primrose and their staff for being there for me.
