Prickett Realty

Terry is the best agent I have every worked with, his ability to understand his clients needs and integrity are only a couple of his best qualities. His insight was on all things Arizona was a big help, especially since I moved from Omaha. His service from start to finish was exceptional, he genuinely cared that I find the perfect house and also had great suggestions on the area the fit me well. Thank you Terry!

The Prickett Team is top notch! From first contact, through every step of the process Terry and his team offer the best. Terry has secured two perfect homes for our family and sold one as well. Relocating from another state, Terry made the process seamless. Once settled in, Terry and Kathleen helped with selling and upgrading our family to a new home. Recommended with confidence! Prickett Realty is who you want for your home buying and selling!

We had the pleasure of working with Kathleen of Prickett when we purchased back in 2019. We were so pleased with the quality of her services ; she was the only person we considered when we sold in 2022. Kathleen and Terry, did an amazing job of sell our house which sold before the first weekend of open house was finished. They are friendly professionals, who go above and beyond and pay great attention to the little details that matter whether you are buying or selling a house. My husband and I would work with Kathleen again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for your amazing can do attitude an impeccable service Kat.
