Always fantastic service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in Salem. They treat you like family, and they're always available to answer your questions.

I had a bizarre electrical situation pop up with my 1999 Mercedes E320. It wouldn't start, let me turn the key, every single warning light was on, and for some reason the blower motor would turn on and stay on if I didn't disconnect the battery. Mike and his team tracked it down to a faulty battery that had reversed polarity. I thought the car was beyond repair and bound for the junkyard, but they got it up and running for basically the cost of a new battery and diagnosis of a complete fluke. I recommend them to whoever needs European car repair.
