Premium Garage Door Repair

Highly recommended!!! My garage spring broke and we knew we wanted a new garage door anyway so we called a couple of companys. The first that came wanted us to pay for a spring as a temporary fix and told us we would have to buy a new spring when our new garage was installed. I called premium and they put in a spring so that our garage would work until the new one was installed!! What amazing customer service!!! We also had a new motor installed which we definitely needed. Alex did an amazing job and is so hard working. I wont use any other company!!!!

Richard came and fixed our garage on a new build that has broken 3 times and is no longer in warranty. He was so nice and helpful and walked us through some short cuts that were made with the original company. I’m thankful I found these guys and am confident my garage is fixed for good now. Highly recommend

Mostly good. My single car garage door spring broke around noon. Called Premium, made an appointment for later that day. Was happy they could come that quick. Tech came (he arrived a little out of the scheduled window), replaced the spring, and gone in less than one hour. Door fixed. My issue, while making the appointment, I asked for a cost estimate. Was told it starts at $200, but the tech would have to tell me the exact price. Tech looks at the broken spring and tells me $849. I ask him about the “starts at $200” and we agree on $725. I know you never pay the “starts at price”, but I thought that 4X the starting price was a bit much. Now, I don’t know if the $725 is competitive or not. Maybe it is. My issue is they should be able to give a closer cost estimate before they send a tech.
