From the get-go, Rich sends us the listing meeting our criteria, he can recommend which area is good for appreciation, he is super quick in setting up touring appointment, he gets to the house before the appointment time and provides all the information on the house so that we can make a better decision in picking the right house. He is very responsive in emails and phone calls. He provides 5-star customer service every time, he is very easy to work with, super friendly.
