Premier Roofing, LLC

We had damage to our roof after a snowstorm that caused rain water to pour into our son’s bedroom. The damage and worry was really upsetting, and we started the search for a dependable trustworthy roofer. My husband researched companies online and from the beginning Premier Roofing stood out as his preference. Once we spoke with Keith, our worries were over. He took the time to get to know my husband, answered all his questions, communicated with us DURING and AFTER business hours, and made us feel good about the service and the product we were purchasing. Scheduling was fast and convenient. The crew was wonderful and thorough. Keith was on site the whole day, and our beautiful new roof was completed in one day! We are so pleased with the massive improvement in our home’s overall appearance and curb appeal. We are 110% satisfied with the end result and especially with the care and attention to detail that Keith and Premier Roofing showed to our home. We would unequivocally recommend Premier Roofing to our friends and loved ones, and to anyone else needing a top tier roofing company. Thank you Keith, for taking such great care of us, and for making our home more beautiful!

We had our roof replaced by Premier Roofing because of hail damage in 2016, Keith's crew was awesome, they were clean and did an outstanding job! 7 years later I had a branch fall on on roof, I called Premier Roofing, Keith came out, did a full inspection and checked our roof for damage from the branch, he immediately saw what was damaged, showed me pics then later sent me an estimate through his awesome portal system he has. Easy communication, reasonable pricing, and quality tile. Highly recommend Premier Roofing, they do quality work, he uses quality material compared to the competition. He knows roofing, when in doubt visit his store front in Cabot you will be impressed with his knowledge and certifications.

Overall, we had a great experience with Keith and Premier Roofing. Keith was highly communicative, and he made sure we were aware of what was happening each step of the way. The portal where he uploaded all of our documents was, and still is, easily accessible anytime we need that information. The work itself was done well, and the contractors he chose were efficient. We have the added complication of solar panels, but Keith navigated the situation with confidence and ease. The price point was comparable to other companies in the area, and the products used are top-of-the-line. If we are ever in need of another roof replacement, Premier will definitely be our first choice.
