Highly recommend this company! Byron Watson was our technician, and his customer service was phenomenal. Very low pressure, tons of transparency, absolutely thorough. He came prepared for anything, including a surprise, "Hey, how about if we did a new garage door opener?" His time estimate was spot on, and his communication made this whole process so easy. This is the first time I've used Precision Door. Jack from Precision Door did an amazing job replacing an old opener for me. He was very helpful explaining how everything worked and gave me the option to replace my worn out springs, rollers, and door seal during the same appointment which was very convenient. My door is much quieter and better balanced by the new springs and the opener is working great. Their customer service was also very helpful getting the appointment scheduled. I will be using Precision Door in the future whenever I need any more work done.
