We started using Precisely Payroll near the end of the First Quarter and they had a difficult time setting up our account- we have a complicated tax requirement and excessive government regulation of our hours, but they stuck with us. 9 Months later they have worked through all the rough patches, stuck with us, fixed and updates problems and really followed through. Basically they have done Exactly what you want your Payroll People to do and more. They are timely and responsive. They have been easy to reach and have responded. Thanks for the great service.
