Potomac Moving Company

Great job by Potomac Moving Company packing and shifting the very heavy wooden furniture from our 4th storey apartment. Everything was wrapped well in paper for our kitchen items and moving blankets for our furniture. Not one item was even so much as scuffed and they were considerate of our home - laying down walkway blankets and moving items in carefully. Very professional team and a great service from them.

We had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Potomac Moving Company. I literally would NOT go anywhere else for moving. After assuming “I mainly got a response back and had great communication trying to schedule times because my work schedule kept changing. Then on the day of arrival, they were incredibly prompt and got everything moved in a short amount of time. We had Gustavo and David who were so kind and helpful! They even helped us figure out where to put the furniture in our new space as we were figuring out the layout. I took an extended lunch break and got everything done during that time and they helped us put together some of the furniture too. This was an awesome experience and I will be back with them next time I move. We love love love Potomac Moving Company!

Potomac Moving Company was amazing! The lady I spoke to on the phone was great about looking over my inventory and figuring out what size truck I needed, and based on that, she helped me figure out the right size storage unit to rent as well! Gustavo and his partner arrived in the agreed upon window, did a great job wrapping all my larger furniture, and even helped me figure out how to combine a few of my remaining boxes to fit some long/awkwardly-shaped items! The next day, they arrived on time at my storage unit in NJ and did a fantastic job getting all my stuff to fit so that I can still access it. I had worked with a large moving company where I was only 1/3 of a huge truck for my previous move, and this experience of working with a small company and having my own 16' truck was so much better in every way! I definitely recommend making Potomac Moving Co. your first call if you're relocating to or from the DC area!
