Excellent service. It was my first time in just now and I had stuff for usps, fedex and ups. The lady was superb and she printed out labels and everything for me. Love love their customer service.

I have used this store for all of my shipping needs for the last 5 years. They are always courteous, helpful and incredibly efficient. The staff goes out of their way to help me find the most cost effective and reliable shipping options. I ship a lot of sensitive scientific equipment, glassware, and samples from this store and I've never had any damage when the staff at Postal Connections 101 has packed it for me. I can say the same about the shipments that I've packed myself!

Had a mailbox there for 10 years east side of Bend. Pete always does a good job of hiring and training helpful, friendly people. Yes, they have to charge more than going directly with usps and FedEx/UPS. You are paying for service and convenience. In my ten years of going in there at least a couple times a week it's always been a good experience.
