Very happy with the work they did on my car after an accident. You can't tell it was ever damaged. They guy that helped me was very professional and courteous. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repairs done.
I actually was sent to Possum Autobody following an incident at a nearby auto detailing center. One of the detailing center employees somehow backed my vehicle into something causing a fair amount of damage. Once in the hands of Possum, I had a tremendous customer service experience. Honestly, Possum took what was a huge disappointment in the detail center (both in service and how they handled the accident) and made it as positive as possible. Starting with excellent customer service and delivering a flawless (and guaranteed) repair, I could not have been happier with the experience and have since been back for some other minor work on another vehicle.
