This is the second time I've used Polansky to service my a/C. I was able to get someone out in a timely manner. The technician Jose arrived as scheduled. I was notified when he was in route. He was able to quickly fix the issue with my system and followed up to see if everything was working properly. I appreciate Jose for being respectful and quick to respond.

After getting multiple quotes and doing a tremendous amount of research, I ultimately chose Polansky Heating & Air, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Even with stormy weather, the two technicians arrived around 7:45 a.m. and immediately got to work. One spent hours working in my attic while the other worked outside in the rain and the Texas heat. I expected the installation to take most of the day, but they had my entire system installed, tested, and running by around 1:00–2:00 p.m. Their work ethic, professionalism, and efficiency were outstanding. The installation itself was clean and meticulous. They respected my home, answered my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before they left. As for the new system…wow. I upgraded to the Daikin Fit variable-speed system, and I honestly didn’t realize how uncomfortable my home had been until now. Even though my house is only nine years old, this is the first time since it was built that it has maintained a consistently comfortable temperature throughout the house. The difference is incredible. I’m still getting used to what a truly comfortable home feels like, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance of this system. Replacing an HVAC system is one of the biggest investments a homeowner makes, and choosing the right contractor can be stressful. Polansky earned my business by being honest, transparent, competitive, and delivering exactly what they promised. Every member of their team—from the initial consultation through installation—was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on making the process as easy as possible.
