Steve does a great job. He is always on time weekly for service and explains everything he does and why he is doing it. They were very quick to come out and quote me on the job the same day I called. Even started the job 2 days after the initial visit. Very happy with the service they provide.

Jacob was just recently at our house & was beyond a “5” star rating!!! He did an excellent job of making sure to get under my counters, where my ants like to hide, in addition to paying great attention to the rest of the inside/outside of my house. Not only is it freezing cold outside but I also live in a difficult (to put it nicely) community in which he showed extreme patience, professionalism & a refreshing sense of humor!! He should be extremely appreciated by Pointe Pest……I know he made my day & appreciate his time & the care he took in our home! Thank u Pointe Pest for always having the BEST employees & beyond “5” star service!!! Swear I refer you to everyone that’ll listen!!

Excellent customer service and overall experience. Earl was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Even called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. Definitely felt like he took the time to listen to our concerns to ensure we are happy with the outcome. Great value for money, especially considering some of the other competitors we have priced out. Would highly recommend.
