Short staffed but the employees work hard to compensate for it. You can encounter long wait times plus employees dealing with multiple customers at a time and the drive through doesn’t make it any better or worse. Sit in your vehicle 🚗 & smoke 💨 some Reeferz because it may take a while. Everyone is hard @ work just needs more employees but it’s like this everywhere nowadays because of covid or whatever it’s called now. This is still a good place for banking business. Niecy is great 👍🏾 @ her job,however she’ll probably be swamped when you get there. Check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa 👌🏾

Every company has growing pains when they open a new business. This bank was formally BBVA, some issues in the beginning as to be expected but the staff and facilities have done their best and as a business banker I enjoy this staff and branch above any other banking experience! Very personal feel and they treat me with so much love and respect.🤍
