Oscar managed our property for four years. We had two excellent tenants during that time which I attribute to PMI’s process in place for evaluating renters. It was important to me for our tenants to have timely responses and resolutions to any issues, which Oscar always did. After four years we decided to sell and it was evident that all the upkeep managed by Oscar kept our property in excellent shape. Even after selling the property Oscar always responds timely to any inquiries I have, that alone shows the support you will get when you go with Oscar and his team at PMI North Dallas.

During moving it is stressful and not everything always works out to perfection however what I appreciate was the fact that this group continues to try and resolve stuff as it comes up. They work hard to make sure the communication is consistent even when I didn't expect it. Not sure how you can say anything but good for that.
