Fantastic customer service. Far exceeded our puck up time expectations. It was so hot outside, we fully expected to wait over an hour as advised by the AAA representative. Nope. Omar was there within 25 minutes. Thank you P&M for having amazing employees and super well maintained tow truck. Omar was awesome. Made a difference in our situation.

Had the pleasure of getting rescued by P&M today. Ivan@Truck#25 was courteous, well spoken and actually thought out how best to hook up the truck so as not to cause damage. I’ve had some rough experiences in the past, so this was quite unexpected. Thank you Ivan @ Team P&M!!!
