Fantastic customer service. Far exceeded our puck up time expectations. It was so hot outside, we fully expected to wait over an hour as advised by the AAA representative. Nope. Omar was there within 25 minutes. Thank you P&M for having amazing employees and super well maintained tow truck. Omar was awesome. Made a difference in our situation.
