My wife and I are owners with PLUS for more than 10 years now! Personnel from the receptionist to the office/property manager to the maintenance supervisor are always friendly and very professional in managing our property and taking care of ours' and our tenant's needs. Any maintenance or repairs are professionally and timely addressed with the owner and tenant always taken into consideration. Further, PLUS carefully screens prospective tenants when our property is vacant. We have always had responsible and caring families in our home. Our house is rented furnished and has been kept in 'new' condition for the entire time PLUS has managed it.
