Amongst the music, pastries and frozen pirogies, I felt transported to Eastern Europe! Delicious food and access to goods you just don’t get at Fred Meyer. Next time you’re cruising 82nd, Don’t miss this family owned business!

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem of SE 82nd. On top of the great selection of Eastern European food (pickles! chocolates! pierogi!), there's a fresh deli case of salads and meats AND the most adorable coffee shop with fresh, delicious pastries, lunch specials, and cakes. Definitely recommend.
I have no Eastern European roots personally but I recently discovered this little coffee shop and I kinda wish I did. It’s adorable. It’s a little grocery store/deli with amazing sweet yeast rolls to go with your latte. The dessert case is filled with the most delectable cakes and sweets, all overwhelmingly enticing. Thankfully they don’t charge admission, I just want to stand there and drool.
