Though busy, I was worked in without an appt in less than 30 min. Dr Song answered my questions & explained things in a manner that's easily understood. Checkout was a breeze, with no problems accepting insurance. Update 12/22 Just left the Dr office & am so thankful. Having to handle issues between insurance & Dr office billing dept for me, is a thing of the past ! They handle everything professionally & in a friendly manner, on each visit. I felt obligated to share my experience during this holiday time.
