Great staff, fantastic deal. If you get the black card you get unexpected amenities like tanning, massage chairs, discounts on purchases. They have plenty of parking and equipment but unlike other gyms you can also sign up to use a personal trainer with no additional charge. I'm very happy with my new membership.
Overall: 4.1/5 Customer Service: was front desk welcoming and offer greeting coming/going, if able? Were they helpful when asked? Was their attitude generally positive? 4/5. Cleanliness / neatness (windows, floors, equipment, bathrooms). 4/5 first thing you notice is door glass that's smudged Paper towels / sprays / bathrooms stocked: 5/5. Equipment availability / maintenance / quality: 4/5. Only stand up tanning. No stand alone pull up bar....should be standard. Recommendations: - Stand alone pull up bar - Dumbbells from one pound to 10 - Calf stretch board - masseuse for extra fee
