Planet Fitness

The location in Aurora, CO is very spacious. The staff is approachable and helpful. The woman bathroom could use a little renovation, due the the fact that several lockers are are unable to close or lock. One of my favorite places to be, in the gym.

Great staff and very clean. You'll have to learn the peak times to get on the equipment you want but for the most part not too busy outside of 5pm-7:30pm. Wish there were more free wright's buy gets the job done.

I do not normally write reviews but I felt compelled to simply because in the past couple of weeks this gym has gotten a lot nicer to visit. Jen at the front desk is very helpful. She took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt heard. Upon our talk that we had 2 weeks ago she already fixed the couple of things I had issues with. I appreciate that she listened, then corrected the problem. I always see her out in the gym cleaning, she always says hello then asks how I am doing. It is refreshing to see a manager that seems to truly enjoy her job. Not just Jen but Nayeli, Isabel, Mo, the guy that works at night. He is a tall gentleman, very sweet & a new kid who told me his name but he was new so I did not have a name tag to remember his name. I love coming to this planet fitness again. I will be making this my home gym permanently as long as these wonderful employees are here. Thank you to the kind staff that helps this old lady stay fit.
