Oh man, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Russell was super helpful during the entire process, from my hearing test to my fitting to our credit approval. It was such a refreshing experience compared to other audiologists I’ve visited—Pioneer actually gave me options (you wouldn’t believe how much pressure other hearing aid providers put on you to buy one specific device just because it makes them more money), and once I made my decision, they personalized my Phonaks and reassured me of Pioneer’s assistance in the future. I love my Marvels, they’re white and waterproof and rechargeable and it’s like having little space shuttles in my ears. I’ll be seeing much more of Pioneer in the future, they’re fantastic.
