The team at PFC in Norman is the best! All the instructors are thoroughly trained in a variety of disciplines and do an excellent job working with you whether you are a beginner or advanced. The studio is beautiful, always very clean, and features state-of-the-art equipment. I love the classes and always leave feeling wonderful! I highly recommend this studio and Pilates as part of your fitness regimen! .
I've been taking Pilates from PFC since it opened, and absolutely love it. It's my sanctuary! The facility is clean and beautiful with state of the art equipment. Their online reservation system is extremely convenient. Most importantly, the entire staff is professional, kind, encouraging and fun. Kim, my instructor, is excellent with cues and giving one on one personal attention. She is also a dear friend. After a PFC class, I always leave feeling like I've been challenged, and I look forward to going each week to keep me healthy.
