We went here because our fridge was close to going out. Brian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to assist with expedited delivery when I contacted him the next day stating the fridge did indeed quit. They were able to get it delivered the day it quit rather than the projected delivery date. Thank you to Brian and the delivery team for being able to do this. Not just great service, but truly saving us from a host of problems if we would've had to wait. Above and beyond 🙏

Eric Rich is one of the best sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and proactive. When one of my appliances showed up damaged, he worked hard and made phone calls to not only get me a replacement, but give me an options for a working appliance in the meantime. He is so accommodating and always available for my questions and concerns. I will shop at Pieratt’s first from now on, solely because Eric was so excellent to work with.

My washer died , I looked in the website saw that they had the one I wanted in stock however that was not the case but when I called and ask them offered me another one and matched the price . Joe was great
