5 Star Review By Elizabeth Manson

Pfiefer roofing was outstanding from the person who did the initial quote through the completion of our project. We had to coordinate with another company for removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. Pfiefer roofing were very flexible in helping us schedule that process. The crew were prompt, professional and diligent in completing our 4 day project. They cleaned up our property every night and were thoughtful about protecting our landscaping close to the house. Can’t say enough about the hardworking crew! Office staff were equally attentive and professional. Price was competitive with the two other bids we received. We would highly recommend Pfiefer for any roofing needs.

5 Star Review By M Barker

After meeting with three estimators, I chose Pfeifer Roofing. The main selling point was the warranty covering 100% materials & workmanship for my lifespan. In addition to that piece of mind, they use great quality shingles by CertainTeed which was also important to me. Of the three estimators, Sam with Pfeifer was the only one who offered three different price options, which was nice. I went with the middle option, “CertainTeed Northgate” partly because the lifespan warranty wasn’t available for the lowest cost option although there was a warranty. Northgate also seemed like a good choice for our weather and Sam was great at explaining everything. I also liked that Sam was no pressure unlike one of the other roofing companies that kept texting and calling which made them appear desperate for business. I chose the granite gray shingles and they’re beautiful. I was lucky to get into a cancellation so my roof was completed even sooner than I had hoped. It took two days. Forrest was the superintendent of the job and was a pleasure to work with, just like Sam. Both of them were very respectful that this is my house and they wanted to do everything in a way that would make me happy. Forrest came out the day before the job to look at my property. The shingles and supplies were also delivered the day before by a different company. During the entire process I never had to leave a single voicemail for Forrest. He picked up every time. I also liked that he did phone calls instead of texting. He checked in throughout the process to let me know how the work was coming along since I didn’t want to be here and listen to the noise. He let me know when the guys were wrapping up both days and checked in in between. Hector was the lead roofer and was nice to work with. I was mostly gone, but came and went throughout the job. Hector even fixed the facia where the roof meets my deck cover. It previously stuck up ugly and the contractors who installed it years ago said there was nothing that could be done. I had gotten used to it, but with a pretty new roof it stuck out like a sore thumb. Hector was able to smooth it out and I wasn’t charged extra for that. I did have one piece of rotten facia found during the job which added about $150 but it needed to be replaced. The roofing crew covered my plants and things outside during the job and did a great job with cleanup afterward. They did have me move anything I cared about dearly away from the house. They did a nice job with the ridge vent across the top of the roof for ventilation to prevent mold, etc. They also included the strip of metal to keep the water from pooling up and help the water runoff into the gutters quickly. They included new vents for kitchen and bathroom. Another nice thing is Pfeifer Roofing doesn’t require a down payment. You have 10 days to pay after the work is done and an independent person who didn’t work on the roof does an inspection. After that inspection you get your invoice. About a week after my job completion, I went into the garage barefoot and realized there was debris on the floor. My garage is open with no ceiling and the roofers didn’t know that because they didn’t come in my garage. I didn’t think of covering anything. I called Forrest, the superintendent, and he came the same day after working a long day and did a great job getting rid of the debris with a blower. You couldn’t ask for nicer people to work with or a better quality work. I highly recommend Pfeifer Roofing.
