First and foremost, I want to thank the supervisor, Constance, who has shown me nothing but grace and kindness throughout my very difficult situation in obtaining electricity service. She has been more than helpful every step of the way. On top of that, she fulfilled my request for a security light the very next day after I spoke with her, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how it was installed and the safety it provides. The workers who installed it did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I am so grateful to come home from work and see my driveway and corner lot fully lit up. It has completely changed my outlook during my transition from Texas to Arkansas and has given me a greater sense of comfort, safety, and peace of mind. I’ve dealt with a lot of personal challenges that I won’t share publicly, but through it all, Constance and this electric company have treated me with compassion and respect. I’m incredibly grateful for the way I’ve been treated and very happy with the outcome and service I received.
