Petit Jean Electric Corp

First and foremost, I want to thank the supervisor, Constance, who has shown me nothing but grace and kindness throughout my very difficult situation in obtaining electricity service. She has been more than helpful every step of the way. On top of that, she fulfilled my request for a security light the very next day after I spoke with her, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how it was installed and the safety it provides. The workers who installed it did a fantastic job, and I truly appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I am so grateful to come home from work and see my driveway and corner lot fully lit up. It has completely changed my outlook during my transition from Texas to Arkansas and has given me a greater sense of comfort, safety, and peace of mind. I’ve dealt with a lot of personal challenges that I won’t share publicly, but through it all, Constance and this electric company have treated me with compassion and respect. I’m incredibly grateful for the way I’ve been treated and very happy with the outcome and service I received.

Just another shout out to PJECC. It finally happened! My water bill this month was (considerately) higher than my electric bill. Greers Ferry lake still has water and I haven't heard anything about building another dam. My water is coming from the same faucets it has for years. Go figure! Maybe our community activists can check into this obvious problem. In the meantime, thank you Michael Kirkland and all of the Petit Jean employees and directors for a job well done. We appreciate you.

Dear Mr Kirkland and the entire staff of Petit Jean Electric Cooperative, I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards the excellent service and timely manner in which your services have been executed. In the 52 years that I’ve been around I’ve dealt with many electric and Internet companies, and it is without a doubt, Petit Jean Electric Cooperative, sets the bar for service and dependability in a timely manner! Although I have spoken with Mr. Kirkland, he recognizes that it is the people who are under his watch setting the bar and deserve recognition for doing so.
