Petals & Vine

Where I always purchase my secret favorite sense. I'm so glad they took over and started selling them when the other store closed down...excellent customer service!!

I received this beautiful flower arrangement for Mothers Day. Thank you Petals & Vine for doing such a wonderful job!!!

I purchased two small plant vases from the website (I live in VA) over a week ago and received a no stock notice for them shortly after with a refund. I called earlier this week to ask because it hadn't posted to my account and received three phone calls about it - prompt customer service from the owner, Candi, and she apologized profusely and offered her cell number as she worked out the issues with the credit company and her billing sites to provide updates outside of business hours. She was SO friendly and really took ownership of, what to me, felt like a small issue that I knew she'd resolve. But honestly, she made me feel so at ease with it that I never worried about it being taken care of. She never made excuses, just promised to make it right. She called me earlier today with an update and even offered to Venmo me the money since this was taking such a long time to get the refund to me and she was having some issues tracing it down. I am blown away by her willingness to go above and beyond to solve a small problem. It just shows how much she really cares and takes pride in her business and customer service. I wanted to give her a shout out on here and say thank you. Imagine what she would do for you if it were a big issue. I don't live close enough to shop with her in person, but I will continue to review the website for items, and next time I visit my Texas bestie (she lives in Austin) if we are in the area I will stop in to say hi and look around. Please make sure to support small business owners like this --- customer service is so important and she is top notch.
