Great place to wash your vehicle. All equipment is in excellent condition. I self wash so allow appreciate it when everything works. The pay with a credit card thing was concerning at first but now understand the no more damage from potential thieves
I went in to get the supreme $15 car wash like I always do went through the thing went to Springfield because my brothers dying looked at my card on my bag and they charge me $75. I’ve emailed them to get my money back but nobody has contacted me. I am just really disappointed in that now. The service was great I go there all the time so why that happened? I do not know what I’m hoping it was a mistake. God is good and hopefully it will be taken care of. I’m not bad mouthing them in particular just that they should not have taken $75 I want to say thank you I spoke to Joseph at your personal touch car wash in Lebanon most of it my bad not the people that work there I wasn’t paying attention and it was just a confusing day with my brother going on hospice not that I’m using that for an excuse. I’m a grown woman I should pay attention that my money is being refunded he said it should be in my account soon, so God bless him. Please continue to promote the business business and poor our support, on personal touch in Lebanon and tip those kids in there. They work hard.
