I’d argue that this was one of the most positive oil change experiences I’ve had! Randy was a pleasure to work with and you can tell he cares about the work he does and his customers. Problem Resolved My wife and I developed a vehicle issue while on vacation in Mesa. 1600 miles from home and didn’t know what we was going to do, until I took a chance and went into Performance Automotive & Tire Center and spoke to Randy McKenzie. He listened to our situation and worked us into their busy scheduled. They not only corrected our problem, he provided us a loaner car while they had our vehicle. The staff got us back on the road by lunch time, and the work was done at a very fair price. To Randy and his staff, Thank You for going above and beyond to help this out of state couple.
