Took my truck last week for a diagnostic, and although I didn’t get great news about it, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and the man who spoke to me about my diagnostic explained everything very well. Definitely will be coming back!!
Truly, Perales is the best. They are honest, hard working, and go above and beyond for you to receive the best services possible. They never tried to oversell me, and they kept me updated throughout the process. I even had questions about a service that they don’t provide (exhaust manifold work), and they went out of their way to call me to try and answer the questions I had to the best of their ability anyways. They really do want what’s best for their customer and their customer’s vehicle. You don’t see that kind of service anywhere. When I need work done on my car, they will always be my first call!
These guys are outstanding. I had car trouble on my way to Austin and needed help fast. They took great care of me from the moment I arrived. The team was professional, honest, and efficient, getting me back on the road in no time. It’s hard to find service you can truly trust, but they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable automotive service.
They did an amazing job on my AC and even diagnosed and fixed some other problems. Car runs great and AC blows cold. Great customer service and when I walked in for pickup I didnt have to tell them my name they remembered me. Definitely will use them again and refer my friends and family here!
