I am very pleased with the representation that I have received from Mr.James over the past several years.I greatly appreciate the level of dedication provided by Mr. James, as well as that of his assistant Catherine. I cannot thank them enough nor give them enough praise for all of their assistance pertaining to matters regarding family law. If legal council is needed, I would at the very least contact the office of Penna & James to see if it would be a good fit.

Mr. James took the time to help me get my life back together. The out come of my divorce was exactly what I'd hoped for. I received frequent updates of our progress, and he verified which direction was appropriate for me at every turn. What was appreciated most though was, he treated me like a human being going through very large changes. He's a good man, and cares about what he does.
