Pella Windows & Doors of Lexington

Exceptional quality and professionalism on all fronts! We had a small project window in our garage. We had called many other companies and were never called back due to this being a "smaller" job. Pella called us back and sent Fred out to measure and give us all the available options. He arrived at the appointed time and had no issues staying a few minutes later to answer all our questions. We then had Tommy and his crew perform our installation. Ask for Tommy! His crew knocked out our job quickly, professionally, CLEANLY and did everything imaginable to make sure we were happy before the job was complete. Tommy and crew get a 11 out of 10!! We're very happy we made the call to Pella, and that we received such good care in all our services.

I highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors for all of your window and door needs. They were very professional from the very beginning when Jonna Karner Retail Sale Representative came to my house and discussed the entire process. She knew exactly what would be the perfect fit for our home when I told her what my dream door was. Tommy and his son went above and beyond installing the door and entire process from start to cleaning up the work space was amazing!

My new Pella window was installed today (as scheduled). It was a tremendous pleasure to work with all the Pella reps 'start to finish'.. The sales rep (Jonna) was very knowledgeable of the Pella products and material, the scheduling team kept me updated as the install date drew near, and the install team (Tommy and his 3-man crew) did a great job. Tommy and his crew completed the installation in a timely and professional manner and left my house and yard cleaned. Thank you for a service.
