I have been shopping at Peak sense moving to Corvallis and have always had a great experience. I purchased a Trek FX1 disc from them after the salesman recommended it for my needs. Now two years after owning it I have had several issues with the bike and have had it serviced only by Peak, and while most of these interactions have been generally favorable the most recent was terrible. The spoke of my bike continues to break and Peak has been happy to replace the spoke and service the bike and charge me for it. On the most recent report I was told by the repairman “cheap bike cheap tire” as an excuse for the repeated issue which is a poor way to speak to a customer and to speak of the products recommended and sold by the store. Peak has reached out to me and genuinely made an effort to work with me that my previous interaction was an outlier and that they would make internal efforts to rectify this. I have modified my star rating to reflect this as I do feel at this time that they genuinely do feel bad for the interaction.

Kyla is a gem. John is a boss. Kate is incredibly friendly. And Jackson is a great addition to the team! New store also looks amazing. Love ALL of the changes Peak has made.
Kate was great! Everyone there is super helpful. Second time she has waited on me, this time for running shoes. I had her bring me several pairs of shoes and she was very patient & helpful showing me the difference between brands. She highly recommended Topo which I had never worn and they were a perfect fit. I ended up getting the Topo and the OC. Couldn’t be happier!
