PCI Pest Control

Great effective service; Awesome customer service; cost effective!! The techs are so easy to work with. They make sure i understand the pest issues and the method of treatment. I appreciate the visuals. A special thanks to the tech for my last treatment visit as I had no idea what was digging up my back yard. Thanks for all you do and the extras. I so appreciate PCI Pest Control.

An absolutely awesome experience from the initial contact with Carrie, the office manager and scheduler, through the amazing service provided by Phillip, the Technition who completed the service call! Both of these individuals went well above and beyond what might normally be expected from a pest control company! No matter what your pest problems may be, I urge you to contact PCI Pest Control for the best service you will find in this part of Texas! Carrie and Phillip are extraordinary in what they provide to their customers! They actually care about you and your satisfaction, as opposed to seeing you as just another account! You won’t be sorry you called them, I guarantee that!! This is a review of our three month follow-up service which was just completed! Everything I wrote in my initial review still applies, with even stronger remarks concerning amazing excellence of service and absolute professionalism! Phillip continues to amaze us with his dedication in providing unparalleled service with a smile! Call PCI and check them out! Why not deal with the best of the best instead of wondering what you are going to get with some other company!!!

Philip was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain things in detail and answer our questions. I had a pile of dead ants in my back yard shortly after he left so the product he put down seems to be effective.
