I was shopping for a policy when I first met Patti. I simply responded to a competitive price quote. Before her, I never had an agent that I considered to be "my agent". Patti changed all that and I will never look for another!!! Beyond the fact that she is simply pleasant to deal with, Patti is so well prepared, she makes handling anything relating to our insurance policies effortless. I have never felt sold to by Patti but simply feel she has gotten to know us, understands our situation and our goals, and advises us like a trusted family member. Patti is the BEST!!!!
