Patriot SoftWash

The stone on the front of our house looks amazing after being softwashed. Jim definitely knew what he was doing and was also very efficient and nice. We will use this company again! Before and after pictures below.

Patriot SoftWash is the real deal. Jim and his crew were great to deal with. I had rust on my siding and shingles from a rusty A/C drip pan that emptied on to the side of the house. Obviously you can't power wash shingles so the SoftWash was the perfect solution. I also had them do my front walkway and sidewalk. Again, a great job! Found them to be reasonably priced and the most pleasant and professional people I've dealt with in years! I can't praise them enough!

We hired Jim and his team to give new life to our dingy covered patio and extended uncovered patio - two years had taken a toll on its off-white concrete stain. We didn't think that pressure washing it would be the best solution. By the time Patriot Softwash was done with their process, both areas looked as new as when the stain was first applied. As a result, we're very much enjoying spending time back outside. From roofs to patios, we encourage you to give Jim a call if you have a project that needs to be done with care.
