I’m new to Farmer’s and this agency, hands down, has been wonderful. It’s been a great experience this far. If you are looking for an agent who not only cares about her business but you as an individual. Patti does her best to make sure that you were taken care of. I was scared looking for a new agent but she made me the switch so seamless!! It’s nice to have an agency where you can actually talk to a person instead of only dealing with websites and annoying sales phone calls. When I need help or have questions Patti is always kind and helps until she knows that I’m satisfied and she even cares about my well being.
