Park Community Credit Union

My recent experience with Park community credit union was outstanding, the people are the kindest, most supportive, caring, understanding, genuine people I’ve ever met, I was walked through the entire process by a beautiful soul named Kimber, she was so sweet and patient with me seeing how I never dealt with a credit union before, she took her time and explained everything in detail, we even shared a few personal experiences, I felt like I’ve known her for years, I give it 5 stars, and I wish I could give it 5 more, I highly recommend Park Community Credit Union to anyone interested, ask for Kimber!

I was completely satisfied. I realized my account had been hacked and went to the Lexington branch. Mary immediately initiated a fraud alert. Someone had made 2 charges from a Capital One account and I don't have an account there or a credit card from them. We changed my checking account at PCCU. I love this branch. They are friendly and always recognize me when I go to this branch.

Was introduced to this credit union when I purchased a new truck, I paid it off a few months back and well somewhere in that process the account didn't get close out. Up to that point, it was a good experience. Called in after receiving a risk of dormancy letter, first shot was horrible. Lady I spoke with was very rude, and stated she had to get a supervisor involved. After being on hold for 5min I hung up and called back. Was immediately greeted by Stephanie, that was the only name I was given. She was awesome! Had the account up and handled within two minutes of my call. A wonderful person and excellent customer service skills. STEPHANIE ROCKS! If you call, ask for her!
